The John Q. Hammons Center houses more than 78,000 square feet of meeting space in 41 adaptable rooms. A stunning 42,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, the largest in the state, accommodates as many as 4,600 guests. Large junior ballrooms are available, as well as ample breakout space, including several elegant executive boardrooms. Each room features stunning décor and modern conveniences for an exceptional event experience.
With more than $1 million in audiovisual resources, the center is the most technologically advanced meeting venue in the region. High-speed Internet access allows for event attendees to stay in touch whenever they desire. State-of-the-art digital projectors and plasma screens make communicating easy. Touch-screen keypads control lighting and technology, allowing for simple, seamless transitions. This is the only facility in Northwest Arkansas offering on demand video conferencing.
Our Executive Chef and his culinary team provide personalized catering for every event. Each menu features an eclectic mix of hors d’oeuvres, entrees and desserts prepared to perfection. Special requests are easily accommodated.
